SaharaMakeup.co.uk aims to provide a complete, personal and prompt service to all customers.
We are fully compliant with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling Regulations) Act 2000, which allows for a 7 day "cooling off" period for bookings taken online. If you decide to cancel a booking due to a change of mind then you must contact us first by telephone anytime up to 7 working days after booking an appointment. The deposit will be fully refunded and your booking cancelled.
After the 7 day period any booking may be cancelled by contacting us by phone or email. Any deposit paid will become non-refundable.
In the event that we are unable to make the booking - We will try to find you a replacement make-up artist. Cancellation by us prior to your trial will result in your booking fee being refunded in full. Cancellation by us prior to your wedding day will result in a full refund of your wedding day deposit and trial costs.
In the event of an accident or severe illness, inclement weather conditions/act of god affecting us getting to you on the actual wedding day we will try and find you a replacement artist to look after your needs.
We cannot be held responsible for any mechanical breakdowns, or for any delays caused by events beyond our control. In the event that we cannot find anyone else available then the full extent of our liabilities’ would be to give you a full refund.
All payments made to SaharaMakeup for Bridal Services and Training Courses must be paid in full before the due date, unless otherwise agreed in advance with SaharaMakeup. We reserve the right to refuse commencement of training unless payment is cleared. Certificates gained on course completion will not be issued untill all outstanding payments are cleared. We are not liable for any delay caused by late payments or clearance of funds.
Please Note. We reserve the right to cancel your booking without refund, if at any time during the trial any member of your bridal party becomes abusive or violent or displays any behaviour that we feel is offensive.

We reserve the right to alter our terms and conditions, products and prices without giving prior notice. It is your responsibility to check whether there has been any variation to any of our terms and conditions.
We will attempt to ensure that the details on the website are accurate and up to date. However, we cannot guarantee that our website is free of any discrepancies. We do not make any warranties that our site is free of viruses or other disruptive properties. We therefore cannot be held responsible for errors or omissions.
All warranties, whether made expressly or by implication in respect of this website or the content, information or products included in the website including, without limitation, warranties regarding merchantability and fitness for specific purpose are hereby excluded as far as permitted by law. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Our liability in contract, negligence, tort, pre-contract or other representations or otherwise arising in connection with the supply or contemplated supply of goods shall be limited in aggregate to all the sums paid by you to us. We cannot be held liable for any consequential or indirect loss, whether this be loss of business, profits, or damages of any kind whatsoever in contract, tort or otherwise arising out of the use of our website or the products and services offered. Nothing in these purchase terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Our terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

We only use the information we collect about you lawfully. We aim to safeguard the privacy of all our users while providing a high quality of personal customer service.
When you buy goods from us, we ask for information such as your name, e-mail address, delivery address, contact details and, credit/debit card details. We keep a record of some information so that we can recognise you as a registered customer and fulfil your orders as efficiently as possible. We do not keep a record of your credit or debit card details.
We keep a record of your purchases with us so that we can deal a lot quicker with any queries you may experience with your order.
We keep a record of any e-mail correspondence you send us. This helps us to identify and reply to any problems or concerns with our products or services.
We do not sell or disclose any information obtained about you to anyone outside of our company, unless it is required by law, or disclosure is necessary to protect the safety of customers, employees or property. We do not send out unsolicited e-mails or use any of your personal details for marketing purposes.
